Before joining United Way, Kelly spent seven years at the Thames Valley Children's Centre as their Director of Community Relations where she led their $7.5 million capital fundraising campaign. An award-winning communicator, Kelly received her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) designation in 2003 and is an alumna of King's University College and Western University.
