Elliot Archer joined London Health Sciences Centre in February of 2023 as Director of the Outpatient Cancer Centre, bringing 15+ years of experience leading teams and transformational initiatives within acute care, home and hospice care, and public agency sectors and an extensive background in health system planning, relationship management, and change management. In his Director role, he has strategic and operational oversight of all ambulatory cancer care, systemic and radiation therapy services, and cancer clinics.  

Prior to joining LHSC, Elliot worked for Ontario Health where he served as Director and Lead for Palliative Care across Central Ontario. Prior to that, he held various positions at University Health Network, Trillium Health Partners, and the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges in the UK.  

Elliot holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration in Health Services Management from McMaster University, and is a Project Management & Change Management Certified Specialist.
