-Enhancing literacy skills is critical to reducing poverty, improving health, and promoting peace. If all students in low-income countries left school with basic reading skills it would result in a significant cut in global poverty rates-

Our guest speaker on Sept 13th will be Steve Ryall, Executive Director-Humane Society London Middlesex.

Humane Society London & Middlesex was established as a non-profit organization in 1899 and exists to improve the lives of animals by providing temporary shelter and appropriate new families for surrendered animals. Throughout the years, HSLM have worked tirelessly to assist animals by providing them with a home until they can be adopted into a new family. They rely solely on individual and corporate donations in order to provide care for animals in our community.
