Our guest on Jan 9th will be Cindy Benning. Cindy is a Rotarian with the St. Thomas Club and was previously a Hyde Park Club member. She is a Certified Executive Coach with a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s degree in business.   She was part of the Executive Committee of 2 different pharmaceutical companies for the last 25 years of her career with a focus on manufacturing and quality.  Resigning in early 2021, she decided it was time to tell her story and as part of that, she not only authored the book “Being BRAVE”, but developed a leadership model called BRAVE™ which she now wants to share with leaders and organizations. She has her own company called Dragonfly Insights and is also a partner in a company called Esséré (Italian for “to be”).  Dragonfly Insights does 1 to 1 coaching with individuals while Esséré is more focused on organizational leadership.  These companies are dedicated to unleashing the human factor in organizations, empowering their leaders to embrace the unknown with confidence.  Cindy’s real passion is to develop BRAVE™ leaders for a better world.
