On June 4, 2025 Rotary President Kirk Patterson presented cheques totalling $25,000 to Oneida of The Thames Chief Todd Cornelius to support the Imagine Build initiative. Also on hand for the occasion was local Committee Chair Don Stevens and Rotarians Rick Coates, John Boyne and Jim Swan. The grant will support a unique solution: a fully serviced, reusable home that will serve families waiting to move into new housing. The shelter includes a kitchen, bathroom, sleeping spaces, and modern amenities—built with help from Fanshawe College students and supported by the London and District Construction Association.
