On April 27, 2026, Mike Wallace spoke to the Rotary Club of London, sharing insights from more than 22 years of elected service at both federal and municipal levels.
As an MP he chaired the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights and served on the Standing Committee on Finance; he’s been recognized with the Order of Japan and the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal. As a municipal councillor he chaired planning and budget committees and has been active on London’s Whole of Community Response to Health and Homelessness Strategic and Accountability Committee. In his current role as Executive Director of the London Development Institute, Mike brings the business community perspective to the Police Services Board. He was presented with a certificate of appreciation by Speaker committee chair Malcolm Cocks. Rotary members gain valuable insight from presentations like this—thank you, Mike Wallace!
