Rapid Transit in London: Moving Ahead or Falling Behind
At a joint meeting of the Rotary Club of London and the Forest City Kiwanis Club The question of transit in London was addressed by guest speaker Martin Horak. Mr Horak is a political Science professor at Western University. Posing the question “Rapid Transit in London” Moving Ahead or Falling Behind?” Prof. Horak answered with a background on the need, on steps taken to date, and the difficultly in addressing immediate concerns with the need to plan for the future as London continues to grow.
