Paul Howarth, CEO of TVCC, is an accomplished senior executive in the health services industry who focuses on creating and delivering the best possible client care. He has extensive strategic leadership, corporate planning and operations experience in progressive leadership roles and has cultivated a successful ability to navigate through times of change.

Paul leads TVCC’s with a focus on exceptional client care and leverages collaborative partnerships to support clinical programs and close service gaps.

Paul has worked in the healthcare sector for over 30 years holding positions at London Health Sciences Centre, Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital and Alexandra Hospital in Ingersoll. Prior to joining TVCC, Paul was Executive Director of Merrymount Family Support and Crisis Centre, here in London.

Paul received his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business Administration degrees from McMaster University. He has volunteered at various organizations throughout London, Ontario and is passionate about service to the community.
