Our team of trained volunteers work in the hospitality area focusing on donor safety and experience.  Volunteers greet donors with a smile, engage in conversation and ensure they feel at ease throughout the donation process. The care and attention volunteers provide whether ensuring they have refreshments after a donation, or just being there to ensure they are doing well are often why donors return.
